@toosense Жыл бұрын

No she did not say the plaintiff was not living with them. She said she reported the hours mom spent commuting back and forth to work as hours the girl spent as a nanny since pay stub would not show those hours. That is why the girl was getting more money. The defendants reported the hours at 40 hours a week for 4 weeks a month which adds up to the over $2000 a month the girl was getting paid. That means the other 128 hours the girl was spending living there was not counted in wages. The Defendant was charging the girl back money for the 128 hours of living there. It sounds like the girl was keeping a sizable chunk of the money if she had been evicted from her old place but had two cars and enough to put first, last, and a deposit on a new apartment with her boyfriend.

concealed carry man seems more like conceal-and-do what he wants at someone elses home. he’s heading in the wrong direction with his gun needs, poor guy

Trashy people with a history of prison in their immediate family tend to not be very smart or likeable. It's a daily "me vs you" mentality.

How dare you walk into someone’s house and tell the 15-year-old that you have a gun and probably told the other kids you had one as well. I would’ve blown his brains out if he talk to my children like that

With every video I watch, I dislike Judge Judy even more. She is rude and cruel and a terrible judge more than 75% of the time. As an attorney, I'm just disgusted with the way she treats people. And yes, some of these people are liars, but she doesn't bother to listen to the story to even understand if someone is actually lying or not. Just ridiculous. I know a lot of this is staged, but the problem is that it puts such a terrible light on the American court system and makes people think this is actually what happens and scares them from going to court.
