Idk why people are coming down on the woman so hard when it’s clear neither of them thought this through. Moving in with your ex to coparent your baby while sleeping with other people is a ticking time bomb. They both went in with completely different expectations of what it would be.

".....and until I moved out with our daughter.....". Yep. Automatically assumes that as the mother, she has 100% custody. The first time she suggested that, dude should have went straight to the courthouse to file for at least 50% physical custody. She's the type that would move out of state and just take his child as if he has no say in the child's life. But she'd happily demand child extortion money.

The more I watch these cases on JJ, and the more I meditated Family Court cases in a “past life”, the more Pro Choice I became. Regardless of anyone’s ideology, whether moral or religious, the truth is that these toxic “co-parenting” situations never get better. They eventually diminish with time because the child inevitably becomes an adult, but they never get better - just bitter. Contraceptives ARE a CHOICE 🙏🏻

There is another man listed on the birth certificate who is legally responsible for this baby. That man is paying child support for a baby that he now knows isn't biologically his. This case is even messier than what you see here. Imagine how that other man feels?

This woman sounds like my ex. We were married had a kid and then she cheated. She choose to do that and ruin or family and we were young both 21 my father was paying the rent I was going to school for my doctorate and working full time as well as taking care of a child when I came home. She choose to cheat and wanted to get a divorce and then she went and married that guy she cheated on me with. Anyway I wanted to stay involved with my kid and she had the audacity to ask me and my father to pay for her rent as well as tell me I couldn’t date anyone if I was going to continue to see my daughter because she didn’t want random women coming around her child. I said no sorry my dads not going to pay for your rent and I’ll date whomever I want it has nothing to do with you. She then said to me it’s not fair if I get to go out and have fun while she stays with our child most of the time. I said that’s what you wanted. You wanted and got custody and also child support yet you want more money not just but from my father who has nothing to do with this.

Wow, that must've been a nightmare having to deal with an ex partner who's, first of all a cheater, but also a hypocrite with such a high maintenance personality. Really hope things are better now for you and that you still have a good relationship with your child!
@bogibsimmons Жыл бұрын
@@rayoko_tube actually she took my child away from me and made my life such a living hell having my child call the other guy dad in front of me and telling my child when I wasn’t there I wasn’t her real dad. It made more sense for me to just move on since I was young enough (22) to start my life over with someone else and start another family. So I signed away my rights and when my daughter turns 18 and wants to contact me she is more then welcome to. But other then that yeah my life has been fantastic. I got a job that pays me an outrageous amount, it’s something I love and it involves me being in contact and around famous people all the time. I write screenplays and it’s amazing. And honestly if my life didn’t happen the way it did I would have never gone down this path and been happier then ever.

@@rayoko_tube Thank you so much. This made my day i mean it. Yeah everyone thinks she is wicked for doing that to me. The crazy part about it all is that she dated this guy before she dated and married me. She didn't stay with him because he wouldn't commit. Well the sad part was that it was her godfathers son so it wasn't like we were never going to see him again. I had to meet the guy while we where married and it sucked because sense we met young it was the guy she lost her virginity to making it that much worse. Also it I have always thought why marry me and have a kid if she always loved him and only dated me because he wouldn't commit to her and then while we were married instead of asking for a divorce, instead of telling me hey I don't love you never have and I wanna be with this guy she chose to cheat on me while i was at work and going to school full time so we could have a life together and why do that all on Valentines day? I mean if I had never come home early that day to surprise her with flowers because i was working overnight at a hospital because i was going to school for my doctorate, if i had never come home at that time i wouldn't have found out she was cheating. I mean i walked in on them while they were in the middle of doing it. And I'll say this seeing the mother of your child being railed by some other guy on your bed, in your house will just well there's really no words to describe that hahaha. anyway thank you and have a wonderful day.
