If you don't have a lasting friendship before going half on a baby, you do not need to live together to raise a child. It's not child abandonment nor lack of care to live outside the house. It's more damaging to raise a child in a toxic household together then co-parenting from separate homes.

My parents have been divorced since I was a baby and people have asked me before if it was hard. Hell no! Going back and forth was annoying but I was never sad about the fact that my parents weren’t together. I knew from a young age that they just didn’t want to be together and that it was fine. People way overestimate the amount of damage they think being a single parent will inflict on their child. As long as their needs are cared for and as long as you don’t have a horrible hate-filled relationship with your ex then they’ll be fine. Your kid would much rather live with one capable parent than two who don’t like each other, because they can definitely tell.

This what the women do when they have no real standing to be in the man's home after the relationship goes south. They claim domestic abuse to get a restraining order to exclude the man from his own home.

This is a bit of a lose lose situation for this guy with the arrangement he had. You bring your baby mother and child into your house but then make an agreement that there is going to be no serious relationship. Then make a deal to not bring any women into your home. So..... if you want to date you cannot bring a new woman to your house? What kind of stupid arrangement is that?

Yeah, I'm with judge Judy on this one. You can't tell the guy (be it your baby's daddy) who he can or cannot have at HIS house. Even if you had a convo about it, you still don't have a right. What she CAN do if she don't like the situation is leave. The guy probably created a rod for his back though by taking her in.

So woman doesn't own the home, doesn't pay a single bill, is allowed to live in a house out of kindness then starts a fight, falsely accuses the man of hitting her and the police ask the man to leave his own home that he pays the bills on and lets the woman stay instead of asking her to leave and it is the man that will be arrested if he comes back. Yeah sure that seems fair.

She starts rattling on about her taxpayer money supporting them and how hard shes worked in her life, Etc etc...basicslly bias af. I'm thinking.. hello Earth to Mrs. Judy that's what SSI is for and its not a million dollars a month being handed out. Ijs🤷🏾

@@mixedemotions5847 idk I've never been on neither HOWEVER my mother was a nurse for years before having a major stroke that left her paralyzed on one side plus a host of other trouble, this was in CA and I really want to say SSDI is only available temporarily (like a year) but however she definitely paid into the system and she now receives social security. Anyways I just feel that she's punching down on a lot of disabled people that are disabled to no fault of their own. With SSI or etc you're only allowed to work very limited hours if you are able to. Ijs🤷🏾‍♀️ Not mention it's usually the case to be very difficult to be approved so unlikely many people are faking their way to disability.

They were not good as a couple so they are allowed to do whatever they want with themselves and that is his house as long as he’s not introducing them to his daughter, he could do whatever the hell he wants.
