Another fence dispute. If the defendant worked with his other neighbor and put up an new fence why couldn't the plaintiff work with the defendant and replace the 25-year-old rotted fence? SMH I understand Plaintiff want to save money and turn it into a family project and Defendant just want to start fresh. Defendant most likely will win due to nothing was in writing when the agreement was made

@@bermin11 interesting question. I know if a neighbour doesn't want to pay, we as other neighbour can serve them a notice of intend or something or other. As long as cost etc is reasonable then by law they are obliged to contribute. I guess other option is put fence up on paying neighbours property line not the boundary line. But for your question, I dont know to be honest. Haven't come across it. Majority of people appreciate a fenced property one way or another. 🙂

I've never seen fences like this. Here in Florida, most yards are separated by a chainlink fence on the property line and a privacy fence on the inside of it. I guess we just don't like our neighbors here lol
