The insurance company realized that and quit paying and now his butt is stuck with the repairs. Greed gets you nowhere. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Not only was there water in the hallway common area, _but that water exposed the asbestos!_ When I was a realtor during the 1980s, all agreements had to have a clause by law, that sellers guaranteed the house they’re selling contained no asbestos. This proven cancer causing insulation is pretty near impossible to remove. _That’s precisely why this idiot defendant is in an uproar!_ But too bad, so sad! To live with wet asbestos is beyond negligent. It has to be removed! That’s a huge expense and the defendant is💯 percent responsible.

Uhm 😐 no. In the other 2 vids posted he proved the leak caused damage to the common area in his hallway and he had paid a company to fix it. All while telling the defendant tge problem and what he was going to do. It wasn't work done IN his appartment it was damage caused by the leak of the old man. The old man just didn't wanna pay the deductible or his premium which would increase or the plaintiff for the work that he paud for. JJ saw the videos, heard both sides and sided with the plaintiff. The only argument the old man had was that it was all a farce and the plaintiff caused the water damage to the common area 😂 like wha...? That's all he shouted at JJ

Don't let the old man act fool you in part 3 you see hus true colors come out when his only defense is shouting that the trial a farce and that the plaintiff did the water damage himself. When the plaintiff has video evidence and a bill he paid so the common area water damage caused by the old man's leak could be fixed. The bills would've just been covered by the insurance company but the old man doesn't wanna pay the deductibles or the premium rate when they go up 😂

The old man act of the defendant rlly fooled you 😂 in part 3 he shows his true colors by shouting that this trial is a farce and that the plaintiff caused the water damage himself in the common area knowing full well it was the leak in his appartment that caused that damage 😂

I found the second and third parts at the top of the column on the right. What I usually do is copy the title of video and put it ninthe search and then just replace the 1 with a 2 and then the 2 with a 3, and that usually brings them up. In this case, I just chose what was appearing the column of videos n the right.
