My son was 1 of 3 boys there and the youngest (he was 6 and the other boys around 9 or 10) they went outside to play but I could see them. It happened so fast but one boy locked my son and the other in a dog cage together and the other put my son in a chokehold. I ran outside so quick and I lost my 💩 I threatened the boys their mamas got my boy and left. My son has asthma and was hospitalized the month prior. I don't play about my son I almost went to jail that day.

Any parent who does not directly supervise, or have another responsible adult directly supervise, a 12 year old at a swimming pool needs to be prosecuted for reckless endangerment. Things can go wrong very quickly, and children drown in home pools on a regular basis. It is very common. Most countries have laws requiring supervision of children at a swimming pool. Children in a pool MUST be supervised at a pool at all times by someone who can swim and is ready to jump in the water at a moment's notice. Anything less is neglect.
