Dachshunds are notorious diggers and persistent as well. I honestly do believe that they would dig to the other yard. They were bred to hunt badgers, to actually dig out badgers from underground, so these dogs can be very stubborn. What most likely happened was that they could smell the new dogs and wanted to find out who they were. Most of the dachshunds I’ve met are super friendly to other dogs, they could have just wanted to meet the other dogs. But huskies can be temperamental and protective of their space. I can’t blame the plaintiff, but anyone that owns a dachshund knows the signs of their dog’s digging habits. The owner should have installed a fence that went into the ground, if he really wanted to avoid large dogs coming into the yard. And besides huskies are more likely to climb fences, rather than dig under them.
@Rightinfrontofmydietdoctorkelp Жыл бұрын
Can second this. We have a dachshund at my parents and he loves to burrow into blankets and dig holes deep enough to crawl into them. I know huskies are notorious diggers as well, but there is no way that husky could crawl into that small dachshund sized hole

Oh you’re right usually she does cause she has little dogs so she thinks that a lot of the times little dogs can do no harm even though eight times out of 10. They are the aggressor little dogs they are. I have a little dog and she is not like normal little dogs she is Well tempered but she is a little more dominant to other dogs and that’s just how small dogs usually are compared to bigger dogs and Judge Judy has a huge thing against pitbull even though I wish that she would do research and actually see that 65% of so-called pitbull attacks or deaths they weren’t actually pitbull. They were mixed breed dogs that had no nothing of DNA of a pitbull. They were black lab mixes with something else massive mixes something else boxer mixes with something else doggo argentino get mistaken on pitbull all the time American bullies get mistaken to be pit bulls all the time am I saying that any of these dogs that I listed are aggressive breeds no of course not nine times out of 10. It is the owner fault and the other percentage is backyard breeding them mass producing these dogs and not picking the best male and female dog to breed. They don’t care if they have chemical and balances they don’t care if there’s something mentally wrong with them where their wired wrong and no pitbull are not wired wrong, it’s win people like I said mass produce these dogs and they don’t do professional temperament testing, genetic testing and health testing and that’s what every breeder should do. They should be paying a professional to do this and professional breeders do pay people to do this, but of course backyard breeders don’t, and also people don’t realize that people were actually bred too be herding dogs they were actually not originated to be fighting dogs. They were forced into it because people saw their endurance. Their muscle mass they’re willingness to do anything for their own, their high pain tolerance because people bred that into herding breeds even a cow or a bulls launches these dogs into the air and they hit the fence onto their side and fall right onto the ground. Those dogs will just get right back up. They are not meant for people who are couch, potatoes, who work long hours and be cooped up in the house or the backyard they’re not that type of dog they need consistent exercise. They need like 23 hours of exercise a day and other enrichment activities just like other high energy dog breeds that I listed, I mean that’s why Siberian huskies are notorious to be and dig and escape from backyards and everything because they’re bored because people who have busy lives get these dogs and don’t give them what they need and these high energy dog breeds. If you don’t give them what they need their mental health declines and like I said they can have behavioral problems and aggression problems. I mean they want to put the Siberian husky on the aggressive breed list now and it’s sad that as a society of human beings we’re sitting here blaming dogs when in reality, we should be blaming the owners and these backyard breeders.
