@@QAZ-OMEN One of my female cats aptly named Lunatic, chews on the walls. She also ate the hard plastic top off of one of the old style metal weight scales.. she peeled it off and just ate it. She has repeatedly tried to break the house windows, and is trying to eat the office chair now. 15lbs of sanity deprived wrecking power can do some damage. The cat breaking a table is totally believable, to me. Lol As a long term cat owner I learned never underestimate what they can do whether it is intentional or accidental..

If someone you know gets “kicked out”, don’t feel sorry for them. You will never hear what THEY did to cause the problems. Let them solve their own problems- sometimes helping isn’t helping and you can create unwanted issues for yourself. Been there. It’s awful trying to unravel the mess these people create for us

When I was in high school a girl I knew got kicked out of her house by her Dad and step Mum so my Mum and I let her stay with us. It was clear she came from a bad situation, so we managed to get her on gov payments and all her ID documents including birth certificate whilst she lived with us. Not all people who are kicked out of home are bad... They've more had bad things done to them. We set that girl up to be able to make a living and to this day we're still like sisters. I think situations where people are kicked out of their home need to be assessed and understood. Yes there's a lot of poops out there, but it's unfair to say everyone who gets kicked out of home is bad.

I had a guy I knew for a while. Girlfriend kicked his ass out and he asked if he could stay over "for a night". He didnt leave for almost a month until I got tired and kicked him out screaming. THEN it turns out he was a fugitive from the cops and was arrested. NEVER bring someone into your home

This specimen falls under the category of "drifter". Has no real direction, no prospects, no incentive, and no ability to understand reality. Doesn't seem to get that living someone "in the beginning" of the month constitutes a third of the entire month, almost half. He doesn't seem to get that his cushy lifestyle is the product of someone paying for him, and he'll continue to coast through life looking for people to take care of him until they kick him out and yet they're the unfair ones in his mind. God help my children because I'll be darned if I let them think they can mooch off of someone. Just because I'm their mother doesn't mean I'm going to baby them for their entire lives.

Owners who rent out~ Put in the lease that you have the right to refuse any pets over the two cat limit. and have the right to check up atleast once a week... ~My mom has 4 cats and keeps a clean spotless house. But The obese Cat Lady doesn't & cat piss will ruin a home. Not just the carpet.. ~We allow two cats & no dogs. Not even therapy dogs.. It's in the lease.. Renters also need to respect you & know that if they break the lease you will throw them out and if they try to squat via renters then the escalation cause/effect is on them not you.. Renting to people requires awesome judge of character & they need to know you don't tolerate no bs.

I've owned cats my entire life. I've owned many different breeds and each had different personalities sure. But the one thing they never did was break anything or ruin wooden furniture. Their little teeth aren't able to bite through wood like that. But you know who can? A dog. Noway a cat did that, idk who he's fooling but it's certainly not experienced cat owners. I've owned a dog too once, he was a good boy he didn't chew furniture but he did like sticks and bones. Those bites look very similar to dog bites. That guy is a fool.

Um, cats do in fact chew on wooden furniture and many other things. Cats and dogs pretty much bite anything they get they’re paws on from frabric, wires, plastic and definitely wood. And this is coming from a experienced cat owner as well. I have 2 and they chew on everything, my cat chewed up my whole wooden chair with just his teeth. Yes I have 4 dogs but it wasn’t them. They basically chew nothing up actually except for bones but my cats do. All cats do IF they wanted too, not saying this guys dog didn’t do this I’m just saying cats chew up wooden furniture and many other things. A lot of things.

As someone who was once related to the defendant (step brother), my mom and his dad, I can attest that his father and him didn't always see eye to eye. His father was an overbearing narcissist who verbally abused my mom and spent a couple of weeks in prison for leaving bruises on her. When she finally divorced him, and found another man, he tried to stalk her by moving into the same apartment complex. And if it wasn't for my youngest brother being home at the time (he's big), the asshole had his hands around my mom's throat against the wall, my brother's presence sent him running like the coward he was. As far as I know, I've been told he currently lives in Texas. But to put it bluntly, the main reason Jordan was probably kicked out by his dad was because the dude was lazy. He rarely, if ever, showered or washed his clothes. One of the first jobs he had, customers complained about his B/O. He'd even frequently make inappropriate remarks and comments towards his younger brother as well. And needless to say, he rubbed me and my siblings the wrong way multiple times.
