That’s how it works when you have roommates, the tenant has to find someone to rent the room before they leave so their portion of the rent and stuff isn’t put on the other roommates

My husband and I (landlords) just got a letter the other day stating that our case would be on their show if the defendant agreed--so they are very much still in production. I think they shut down for COVID for a couple years.

If they are completely vacating the apartment, it's 30 days. If it's a partial change in tenants, it's 60 days(so the landlord can have time to credit check and approve/tenant can find someone else if new person is not approved). It's not that confusing.

What if you forgot the 60 day notice but gave a 30 day notice? Would you still be charged that extra 30 days worth of rent
