Classic example of why Judge Judy cuts off arguing between the litigants in such a quick manner(now). Their bickering was irritating. Also, I absolutely believe that the husband gives the boy a hard time. I'm shocked JJ didn't award some money for pain and suffering. The Plaintiff sued for harrassment, she should have sued for P&S on behalf of her son. He clearly suffered.

add at least a zero to that number. just walking to the ER and getting a short consultation and being sent home with nothing being done with over 10,000 dollars. they put him in intensive care and under anesthesia and provided treatment. that is easily over 20k. IF you have insurance and go to your in network hospital. then the insurance gets a discount from the hospital of 90%. and you pay the remaining 10%. unless you have a plan that specifies a specific exact amount you pay for the visit.

If they're showing old episodes, then you know Bea Arthur and Johnny Rotten are going to show up on here soon. Edit: I almost forgot...Divine Brown, the sex worker that Hugh Grant was involved with in the 1990s, she's a litigant in an early episode too! This was when they were trying to get "names" on the show to get the ratings before they realized they already had the star of the show - JJ herself - and that's when she became more ferocious in later years because that's what sells the show.
