Pretty sure he's not even wrong, saying that the police department called you and told you that they found the dog because it bit someone else IS hearsay. Ideally you'd have the person who made the phone call to call as a witness and testify that that is what happened. However this is not a real courtroom (it's third party arbitration), there are no lawyers, no jury who need to be kept on the pertinent facts and there's a lot more leeway in not following technically proper procedure. The fact that he had the police reports to back up what had happened means that Judy isn't going to randomly strike the testimony and move on to the next question, there's no reason to, noone who needs it struck. Shes the one making the judgement at the end of the day so instructing herself to forget testimony is stupid. She will weigh it as it deserves to be weighed. She knows what's hearsay.

I find judge just annoying & overbearing. She manipulates the cases she presides over. She asked this woman a question & then told her to shut up the minute she opened her mouth to answer. My biggest beef with her is that she's always saying it's her court. Sorry but I always thought the court was for we the people. She's just there as a mediator between the 2 people in dispute.

I also instructed my wife to NEVER walk both of our dogs at the same time if I’m not home because my dog will yank the leash and run off if she has two dogs with her and she can’t focus on mine specifically . In other words you can bring a dangerous dog out to help socialize them but you HAVE to be hyper aware of just how dangerous it is. When kids walk by and ask if they can pet him, i straight up tel them “no, he will bite you”

@@weebpotato2366 I understand that. I know some humans are annoying and completely cruel. The only problem is that I’ve heard of so many incidents where people claimed their dogs would never bite anyone only to find out the dog attacked someone a while later (mainly young kids) we don’t ever know what animals are thinking and it seems that dogs are only loyal because you feed them and look after them, they seem like little users. They’re only loyal when you do something nice for them but forget to feed them or irritate them and they’ll snap. I myself have been attacked my a dog and my neighbors leg was literally bitten off by his dog.. dogs are still animals.. there are some homeless people you can go take in and they’ll act just as loyal as dogs 🤷🏻♀️
