@DarkReapersGrim14 жыл бұрын
In this case, the judge wasn't getting her to justify wanting vs needing her money back. He was trying to give her (wise) advice by telling her in the future not to lend out her rent money to other people to borrow. He deduced that she lent out her rent money because she used the word "needed" instead of "wanted." Again, the judge was not getting or forcing her to justify wanting vs needing her money.

The defendant seems really full of herself, saying her friend likes her. Cause she doesn’t drink or isn’t “normal” at the club and looks at people for long amounts of time. When you’re comfortable with someone, looking at each other isn’t that uncomfortable, especially if the person is autistic. If it bothered her so much why be friends for 4 years? Also, when I’m mad, I will gladly stare someone down because when you know they don’t like it, it bothers them.. Just seems like the defendant was just keeping her around for convenience especially if she can just drop her kids for two weeks with her.
