In the first case Judge was trying to hand the defendant the case. Judge knew the defendant more than likely did more but he was mad atbyhe plantiff for sleeping with that man wife which is understandable but doesn't give you the right to physically attack someone and he still with the wife anyway so he wasn't that distressed. In cases now JM always talking about women going after other women when they man cheat and should hold the cheating man accountable...the same should have been applied in the first case considering he stayed with her.

The cops would have done it for free. Lots of people don't use an ambulance because they charge you for the ride and his friend called and his friend tried to stick him with the bill. Then tried to sue for something that happened while the foo was passed out when he stupidly tried to carry him. I know it's doesn't sound fair but don't help people who don't want help it a rule. People have sued people for saving them from death and won lots of times

In the first case, the Plaintiff (by going to the guys house and sending unsolicited evidence) was antagonizing him. His behavior was extreme and egregious. (And JM got Defendant to act like he was threatened in the fight.) Therefore, he gave the Defendant a self defense claim, but I think the Defendant could have sued for extreme emotional distress or harassment because the guy slept with his wife then rubbed it in his face. It’s the repercussions of his actions.
