It appears that she was nervous, embarrassed, and inexperienced in presenting herself which he knew all too well of her and took advantage of her. It also appears that the Judge was in fact concerned of the plaintiff's violation of her privacy and was about to levy fines upon him for his part. She changed her mind about allowing the video but perhaps she did realize that If he (Judge) saw the evidence it would have been limited to only the Judge and maybe the 'in-court audience' at the most which was not many, especially during that time. She should have allowed it and got her fines heavily reduced. But she gave up and pulled her 'punch'. My guess is that her desire to fight him back by standing up for herself was severely compromised by her anger with herself for allowing this punk to convince her to make the sex video (as his cheating). WARNING: "Announcement to WOMEN!" making a sex video tape never turns out in the woman's (our) favor. It backfires.
