Not seen in the video: After restoring the City Hall, you should click on it. There are two crafts for energy based on Alchemical Copper (from the mine).

Where do you get the bullets from? It says Wallmond, Utopia, Gold Rush, Sol, Arcane, Selvil I do not see any of these places on my map how do I get to them to get bullets?

These are permanent locations. You can find these locations on your main map.
