Ronda Rousey won the 2006 World Cup in Birmingham with some great ippons.
Ronda Rousey (born February 1, 1987) was the 2004 World Junior Champ in judo. She won the 2008 Olympic bronze medal in Beijing and was 2007 World Championships finallist U70kg. After judo she became MMA and WWE Superstar and acted in Expendables 3, Entourage and Furious 7.

how is this sport not more popular....quick clean action, respect, instant releases on tap-outs.....this is my new favourite WWE athlete - i dont like UFC and injuries, but WWE has some good matches, and this athlete does this sport good ambassadorship; i hope more of these athletes find success, these are true athletes; no disrespect to kicks and punches....very effective - but too destructive for my enjoyment;
