Thanks Sensei. Really hope you give some tips on fighting from disadvantage positions in the future, I keep just spamming "tamoe nagi" which I'm sure is not a very sustainable method.

@Sam-rb1id You keep your skin from getting on the mat which could be dirty. That's why they are called "rash guards" 😀 they protect the skin from rashes, mat burns, bruises, and infections from bacteria common in the gym.

There are a couple of little things that are easier, that act as 'consolation prizes' for being the smaller fighter, but there's a reason weight classes are a thing. A size advantage is always going to be a problem to overcome, especially if the bigger person knows how to exploit their advantage.
