Heyo! Isa here answering for Shintaro while we #flattenthecurve. I'm guessing by your question, you are thinking about stance- a really important part of judo tactics. In a traditional, orthodox stance the dominant leg leads. The dominant leg is also the plant leg for all big one-legged throws. This means the back leg is the one that usually pivots (or spins) around the stronger leg for throws like uchi mata and harai. Hope your question was answered!
