great bot escapes where demonstrate and explain beautifully,,I have 30 plus years in judo post more for those who are new. What a great resource the internet is. back in 1972 when i started we had no such resources expect maybe black belt magazine and that was ever so limited,, I was fortunately to have the great Mr. Shiina of japan Judo teach me. But he likes to see whom were the thinkers and whom where the struggles who would just use strength and weight after 3 straight matches, post please
