Around 7:00 and beyond - he’s talking about educating uke to move properly to learn the throw. To not resist by hunkering down but to accept the tilt forward. Then he describes making contact not hip to hip, not shoulder to shoulder, but tori should aim their shoulder blades to Uke’s hip. This isn’t how seoi nage will always play out, but gives tori the right aim against uke during drilling. EDIT: correcting time stamp

На девятой минуте не по правилом бросает ногу прихватывает рукой....не дзюдо уже это стало
