These videos are great! I’ve never been able to get a strong mind muscle connection in front delts. My triceps are way more developed than my shoulders but always take over and fatigue first. Doing front raises right into db shoulder presses was the key for me. Crazy pump in the front delts and it’s nice to see them grow with relatively lighter weights and less systemic fatigue.

Mike this video was almost all about front delts ... Who cares about front delts we already know that bench pressing and etc covers it. We needed more about side delts and rear delts. I've found that my side delts can take alot more volume then my rear delts. Edit: They just changed the title to Front delts. Before it was just shoulders.
@weaponkid11216 жыл бұрын
Mehroz Ahmed they’re going to release rear and side delt videos. This video will be titled Front Delts in the future, but if they titled it that on release, it would get less views (I know I wouldn’t knowingly watch a video on front delts)

I don't get it. You say a bodybuilder should not focus on over head pressing that much and focus on side and rear belts. But How the hell am I gonna get big shoulders by only doing side laterals and rear delt flies etc. I thought over head pressing exercises build the whole shoulder.

Why on earth do a video on anterior delts. Your not going to do a work out just on fronts only, you work them all. That's like doing a video on just pec minor.
@Accomplish305 Жыл бұрын
I don't get it 🤨🤨!! Is he saying we should STOP doing Shoulder press (because that's what strengthen front deltoid)?? It is the only Compound exercise that I can do at home with just dumbbells. If I stopped this, then there is no other compound exercise to strengthen my body, maybe aside from Pushups. 😮💨 The explanation was not sufficient.
@jaybee24029 ай бұрын
He explained it very near the end around 10:00. If you did a ton of ohp over the years then you need to make side and especially rear delts a priority. Whereas I avoided bench and ohp a long time, did a good amount of rear delts and a LOT of side delts, so though. I'm back on bench and ohp the front is lagging.
