My next project is retrofitting a 250 KX with a 10000w induction motor 10kw battery 96v at 100A These chinese bikes are cheap but frames are well made, I only had to replace the motor, controller and battery on mine 😉

Nice video man! Thanks for all your knowledge! I have here the sabvoton 7245 M- version. These ones only work with the no 2 bafang /S5 protocol. I haven't yet order a display because they are expensive ... Can i use this controller also without display? I see only 5 wires who go to the display. I believe the bridge is normaly between the red and the blue cable, but i haven't the blue one. from left to right, yellow,green,black,back,nothing,pink. Any help wil be very appropriated. Thanks

I'd be cautious with that bike. You don't want to have an officer check the SN and have it come back stolen or worse, the SN will be removed.

I need a good controller for my bike currently have two 30 amp controller 2 52v batteries 1500w rear and 1000w front can get 35 down hill 31 flat how can I increase my flat top speed? I’ve tried everything even 35 amp controller but some problems my bike is extremely heavy could you give me any suggestions trying to get forty’s speed the battery is 13 ah and 17.5 ah direct drive motor
