Jay Kordich 'Juice Man' on stage in the UK

In 2009 'Juice Man' Jay Kordich from the USA joined the UK's 'Juice Master' Jason Vale on stage at Jason's London Seminar. In this clip and aged 87, Jay is one of the oldest advocates of juicing.

As men get older some get a pot-belly. Just a fact of life. A lot of fools have been hypnotised into “core” style fitness and don’t really have any idea how the passage of time affects the human body. Your eyes are a huge clue as to how long we are supposed to survive. We’re supposed to start getting ready for the Reaper mid-40’s, not 96 or something like this guy was when he passed.

@@ShabbaRanksMF Exactly,I am 38 yrs old and the last 8 years I have been juicing and living a vegetarian lifestyle of fitness.But I started my journey of dietary vitality at the age of 17 yrs old.I am aware of that at 55 years old we are in our dying stage of life and how we been eating 20 years before that age and of that age will increase our chances of not being sick and suffering 20 to 30 years up until the age 75 or 80 years old.Its better have sustainable vitality from the age of 55 to 80 years old instead of being sick and pitful all because you wasn't focus on your dietary priorities.

I'm not bragging, and I'm not comparing myself to him but I have been 130 lbs and 6 foot tall since I graduated high school and my weight has never changed. Obviously I'm going to credit having a high metabolism as being fortunate that way, but I've never ate much either, just small portions. I have great respect for those who have to work so hard to maintain their size and weight, it is not easy and they struggle. I am fortunate to have been spared that in life.

He says the things people put in their mouth determine how healthy they will be. That is not always true. There are plenty of people who eat whatever they want, smoke, and drink, and who live to be as old as Jay.

Nah, I don't think so. I've watched him over the years and he's always looked the same. I suspect it's a lack of exercise. He has a lot of vitality and energy so it's laziness. There's a 117 asian vegetarian tai chi practitioner that's in better shape then Jay. To me, this is sad. He is supposed to be a walking billboard for health. His mentor, Jack Lalanne, was a strong advocate for a healthy diet and exercise program. Clearly he's not.
