Why do you have to scrub the filter if it claims to not clog?

That's a great question! The Ninja NeverClog Cold Press Juicer allows for total pulp control. It has two interchangeable pulp filters for Less Pulp and Lots of Pulp. Since food comes in contact with the filters, we made them removable while giving you two filter types to choose from.

Just bought one today and was impressed until cleanup- there is water trapped in part H(the pulp spout) which you can hear when you shake it - it should be able to come apart to clean for obvious health/sanitation reasons but it’s not in the instructions and it certainly doesn’t seem to want to come apart. I am going to contact customer service tomorrow but do not recommend buying this unit unless how to disassemble and properly clean that part is disclosed- it currently isn’t in the manual, website, or here in this video. I may upload a video of it depending on Ninja’s reply.

Buy it from someone willing to ship internationally from the us this juicer is amazing I just juiced some oranges and it taste so different compare to simply maid orange juice that’s full of chemicals the juice I made from scratch is AMAZING!!!

@@BabyGangsterIsMemines was also squeaky and was shaking up and down but I don’t care as long as it’s able to be reliable and help me make juices from scratch so I can start drinking healthy stuff again and lay off the fountain drinks and store bought orange juice like simply maid
