Get your turmeric and ginger from your local Indian/Asian supermarket. It will always be SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper than it is at chain grocers, and often times it is fresher as well.

When I juice I try/prefer to juice in bulk by freezing it. I juice by color by mixing or keeping separate. I always add garlic, ginger, an apple or pear to sweeten. Love this! Thank you!👌🏽💖🙏🏽

@yessis66373 жыл бұрын
@@alffg1 I really love it I’m able to do bigger batches since I store it up to 2 days. It comes down to your preference less chopping needed so less prep time, the con is it has more pulp with the oranges or pineapples. Hope this helps.

My doctor said that apple seeds have arsenic in them...it is best to cut them out to avoid the excess buildup. Thank you for the video! Do you make the juice every single meal or juice all at once for the day? Have a wonderful week!
@jeaneen21703 жыл бұрын
Hi yes. I juice daily. I would take my juicer to work and juice on my lunch break. Or I used to go home on my lunch break to juice. But you can make your juice the night before if you can’t do the above .

If you have the right kind of juicer your not going to have to worry about the seed's but you ingest more than 50 apples with the seed's for that to bother your system
@kuroe-chan51902 жыл бұрын
Same I take out the seeds for my apples. And I have to be cautious because I do have sensitivity to apples, plums peaches. Teeth itch and throat tingles . So I have to peel them too

What do you use to wash produce
@denisec40432 жыл бұрын
There are products for that which may be found in the produce area. I use baking soda. For example, a bowl of berries, filled with water, add about a (heaping) teaspoon, gently stir, soak for about 15 minutes, rinse.👌🏽💖🙏🏽
