And you want the core, the core contains bromaline. So juice the core too, but make sure you wash your pineapple with vinegar and baking soda or a good fruit wash. Same thing for cucumbers and watermelon. The skin is good for you as well.

This juice is fire 🔥 I just hate the cost of the berries compared to how much juice you get vs melons 🍉 berries are 85 plus percentage of water just don’t yield a lot of juice for the price. But anywho good video fam 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿

It was the juice strainer but I use the smoothie sometimes to add some pulp to the juice.

The smoothy strainer allows more pulp which means more fiber so sometimes I use it for juice which makes it more thick.

Got to check those berries for bacteria set them in good grade peroxide and water for 5- 10 minutes and rinse.
