06/11/2024. I saw both Nama juicers. I like the smaller one but the larger hopper with the accessories I will purchase. How do I purchase the Nama juicer? I see the accessories But I don't see the actual juicer. Please assist me in this. I've been a fanatic with my health since middle school.. Increased in high school. I am now in my mid 50’s. Thank you

Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it. Juicing is definitely a habit that needs to be created. I personally like to prepare some things the night before so I have things ready for the next day. It helps me to be consistent. Try that it might help.

My comments keep getting deleted, but I'm on this post hoping this gets through, but you said that nama has a zero or low interest financing....could you please show me where and how on their site? And you have a new subscriber, I see you have topics that really interest me....for instance sprouting...

Robert your messages ate not deleted I replied to all of them. Nama offers 3 and 6 months payment plan options with zero interest. At checkout, you have to select the affirmative action as your payment method. You can also use my code EVA10 there to get the discount. I'm glad you like the sprouting video. Glad to have you here.

@@splashofgoodness Thank you but a couple of things...I said my messages keep getting deleted because I don't see them, so I repeat sending them, but I'll stop doing that and I thank you for it. When I ordered the juicer, I did pick affirm for financing, and that's where I saw the 34 %. But I'll try it again, and yes I did use your code. So let me try it again. Thank you. I just thought of something, maybe affirmative action is different than affirm financing which offers financing on other websites...hmmmm. I'll get back with you and I'm going to do this again. Thanks

Eating whole vegetables is generally considered healthier than drinking vegetable juice for several reasons, though vegetable juice can still be a healthy addition to your diet under certain circumstances. Here's a breakdown of the advantages of each: ### Eating Whole Vegetables **Pros:** 1. **Fiber Content:** Whole vegetables contain dietary fiber, which is important for maintaining good digestive health, regulating blood sugar levels, and keeping you feeling full longer. The process of juicing removes most of the fiber from the vegetables. 2. **Fullness and Satiety:** The act of chewing and consuming whole foods can increase feelings of fullness and reduce overall calorie intake, which can be beneficial for weight management. 3. **Nutrient Retention:** While vegetable juice can be nutrient-dense, some vitamins and minerals may be lost during juicing. Eating whole vegetables ensures you're getting the full spectrum of nutrients available. 4. **Lower Sugar Concentration:** Whole vegetables naturally contain less sugar per serving than juice, as juicing can concentrate the sugars while removing fiber, potentially leading to quicker spikes in blood sugar levels. ### Drinking Vegetable Juice **Pros:** 1. **Nutrient Density:** Juicing can provide a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, making it easier to consume a wide variety of nutrients from vegetables you might not eat in whole form. 2. **Hydration:** Vegetable juice can contribute to your daily fluid intake, helping to keep you hydrated. 3. **Digestibility:** For some people, especially those with certain digestive issues, vegetable juice can be easier to digest than whole vegetables. 4. **Convenience:** Juicing allows for the consumption of a large volume of vegetables in an easily consumable form, which can be beneficial for people who are on-the-go or have difficulty incorporating enough vegetables into their diet. **Cons:** 1. **Loss of Fiber:** The most significant downside to juicing is the loss of dietary fiber, which is crucial for gut health and maintaining a feeling of fullness. 2. **Caloric Concentration:** Juices can be more calorie-dense, especially if fruits are added, and might contribute to weight gain if consumed in large quantities without accounting for total caloric intake. 3. **Sugar Content:** Even vegetable juices can have high sugar levels, particularly if fruits are included to improve taste, which can affect blood sugar control. In summary, eating whole vegetables is typically the healthier choice due to the fiber content and the more balanced approach to calorie and nutrient intake. However, vegetable juice can still be part of a healthy diet, especially when consumed in moderation and as part of a diet rich in whole foods. It's also a practical way to increase your vegetable intake if you're finding it challenging to consume enough whole vegetables daily.

There is nothing wrong with having a glass of juice daily while you also have whole foods in your diet. Many people choose to eat junk food daily, so if you think of it juice is actually healthy compared, I would still choose juice over any junk anytime as there are still vitamins and minerals in it. People have been drinking homemade juice for decades. Some heal different conditions, Judy. Many cancer patients swear by it too, juicing and plants help them heal. Chris beats cancer, says. Juicing releases approximately 90% of the nutrients in food. If you’re not juicing, you might get about 1/3 of the nutrients by crushing food with your teeth. Another important factor is absorption. If your body is overloaded with toxins, you could be absorbing as little as 1% of the nutrients in the food you eat as it passes through your body. Toxins in your system can prevent nutrients from being absorbed from whole foods as they move through your digestive tract. However, juices are rapidly absorbed in the digestive process. I'm not saying you should only do juicing, but incorporating juicing is beneficial.
