2 eggs
Sugar 120 g / 4.2 oz
A pinch of salt
Vegetable oil 100 ml / 4/2 fl oz
Carrots 200 g / 7 oz
Flour 150 g / 5/2 oz
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
Baking dish 18 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃/356℉ for about 50 minutes.
Cream cheese 500 g / 17.6 oz.
Powdered sugar 50 g/1.7 oz
Cream 33% 80 ml / 2.7 fl oz
