I made this tonight and I thought it was awesome! I was a little skeptical about the meat getting cooked in the oil, since it didn't seem like it was in there very long. The potatoes took a lot longer that I was expecting also. Next time I will have to dial back the pepper (family thought it was too much, I liked it) but overall it was simple but very delicious dish. Thank you, can't wait to see and try the next video
