Great video both technically and informationally. Did adding salt between the brine and seasoning make it too salty??
@TheAmericanSmoke

These actually turned out nice. These seasonings from Grill Glitter are low sodium.

Brother does horizontal an vertical smoked basically do the same thing as far as “dry” smoking? Keeping the chamber kinda dry an gettin crispy skin/ bark? I’m so confused now as to what to buy. I’m a weekender but more of my services are called on during the holidays.! So what do you think is best? I would like to be ABLE do at least 2.

Both are very similar. Vertical is going to be hotter towards the back and sides and a drum style is typically hotter towards one end or both. I don’t know about this dry thing. I always use a water pan and typically spritz as well, for longer cooks. Thanks for watching! Let me know if you have any other questions. Smoke on!!! Come over to my Facebook group. American Smoke Carnivores. Lots of fokes with different smokers that can lend some knowledge into your decision.

Could I smoke till about 140 and finish over hot charcoal. Or would it dry out?

You can definitely do that. As long as you don’t cook past 160ish IT, you will be fine.

That constant bagging for Subs and Likes through Text Overlays is so annoying and takes away the fun watching your Videos. Just say it once at the beginning of the Videos. That’s enough.

Your the first person to ever mention it. Statistically, verbal and visual cues increase the likely likelihood of action. I try to follow the data, but I appreciate your feedback. Thanks for watching and smoke on!!!

Hard to say. My channel performs far above average. Is that what you mean?

@@TheAmericanSmoke my question is did it really get you more Subs and Likes because of those Text Messages on Screen? I think you would get the same amount if not more when you just say it at the beginning and at the End of the Videos. Plus it would be less annoying.

Duly noted. I already have two videos scheduled out with the overlays. After that, I may make a couple without. See how it goes. Thanks for taking the time.
