Luv this! Will definitely try it on top of the stove .. I always do it in the oven.. and that pineapple 🍍 juice sauce sounds delicious 😋.. was it a regular chicken or older hen? Anyway big up yuself Ms. Val with your fabulous cooking.. you gives me lots of ideas and I try most of them.

Awesome, delicious I’m sure. Always do mine in the oven bit I’ll try this of course. Fun fact: My mom used to get annoyed when people talked too much. She used to say - dah one deh nyam too much chicken batty i remember asking her what that meant and she said Unnu foreign pickney don’t know fart. She talked to is in patois (patwah) but here i am at 55 still not understanding certain Jamaican phrases 😂😂😂.
