Why does the tobacco tile turn to 3/1 after he settles it

We use the Better Balanced Start mod in CPL which contains Better City Yields (I think that's the name anyway) and makes all flat settles 3:1 and all hill settles 2:2, only in the capital city though (Very simply explained, there's more to it)

I feel like hes attacking too many cities with walls with melee units without having any siege units break down the wall first. Losing 50 health on a musket to do maybe 3-5 damage to walls isnt the win. He is a really good player overall dont take this as trashtalking]

Yeah but siege units take forever to make and sometimes you don’t have the tech unlocked in the first place

I understand why you go from dark to heroic but you can’t go dark in war. Loyalty is just unmanageable

It's a good idea if you know you can roll your opponent fast because of Twlight Valor or wanting Heroic but yeah it is annoying.
