Therefore, families could enjoy quality TV and movie time together without cellphones being a disruption in most households. No comparison these days, even with all of the graphics and technology we have available today. Forever classic 💜💜💜

Juicy Pop you done it again. I just love your channel. I was waiting for this one. In Living Color was so funny and raw they even made fun of the songs that were out during that time. Keenan Ivory Wayans pissed off a lot of people. That's why Him and Arsenio Hall were really beefing hard. Damon, Kim, Shawn and Marlon and everybody had me dying 😅. But when Keenan Ivory Wayans left in mid 1993 that's when the show died. And during that time Martin skyrocketed on Fox and so did Living Single. So in May of 1994, In Living Color got cancelled along with Roc and The Arsenio Hall Show. Funny a year after ILC went off the air, MAD TV comes on. 8:38 "The frustration is that the line was moved week to week..." I would like to reiterate how true this is. As a kid, I literally asked someone about this (someone that worked in animation) if there was some sort of standard or guide line or anything to know what BS&P will allow and won't. The answer was no. Often, you don't even know who to ask as the names people working in BS&P are hidden. This person I asked once was told that they aren't allowed to have subtitles in a cartoon (they wanted to do a gag where all the characters were speaking Chinese) because "We don't want to make kids read." You can see this in other shows too. South Park made an episode about it. The cartoon "Reboot" had a skit about them. They have complete power and no oversight. Whatever they say goes. If they decide the wheel on a bus was too obscene, you'd have to cut it. It got so bad that, at one point, a cartoon had to redo a scene because the original scene had a shot focused on their belt because their magical item on it was shining and panned up to their face because the character was to say a line. The panning, because it panned up from the belt to the face, might be seen as too much because it would pan past the character's chest (the character is a little girl). To my knowledge, they still operate this way today.

IN LIVING COLOR was one of the funniest shows on tv. SNL was no longer funny to me when Eddie Murphy left. I don’t like the politics in anything but Keenan was trying to get executives at FOX to understand something that they’re not a part of. Now I’m not going to go in on the network because I don’t have that much space to write but majority of us know what’s up. FOX wouldn’t’ve been my choice to air my show. As far as Keenan’s opinion of JLo…surely he jested. I could tell she was humble and ready to give a good show. This show probably was her catalyst to be a performer…breaking a possible shell. I wonder 💭 if she knew Keenan felt the way he did about her? With everything that happened maybe it was time to go their separate ways.

Hmm… 🤔 Kennan didn’t like JLo as a dancer, the other Foy Girls didn’t vote for her & he originally chose another girl from the LA. Then, all of the sudden, he went out of his way to let JLo be on the team. This confirms the “relationship rumors” Jaime Foxx said. Seems like she wasn’t a good singer or dancer, but slept her way into a role and has been an angry bitter woman ever since. No wonder her recent shows failed…karma coming back.
