I depends what you're doing/sport eg running long distance. You don't want to be unbalanced due to uneven loading in the joint causeing pinch damage. It really depends what you're doing. Train for what you do and if you do is unbalanced then train unbalanced imo

I would like to add something to this conversation. I have cerebral palsy that affects the left side of my body, so basically my left arm and left leg naturally want to turn inward. It makes it hard for supinated grips and stuff. But anyway, I find during my weight training that my body knows my left side struggles more than my right, and so it doesn't matter if its building my chest or my biceps, my left side struggles more on the lifts but gets bigger noticeably faster than my right. And my right, I can do the workout and feel like a boss on my right side but it never grows as fast as my left. It kinda goes to show nature knows how to compensate and adapt to your needs.

Hey random feedback you guys are awesome! It would be neat if you guys could try collaborating with an F1 driver or other high speed driver like indy car or something. The G forces those guys go through, especially formula one, are insane (some circuits have lateral G's exceeding what fighter pilots experience). A lot of people don't realize that professional drivers are athletes and driving at extreme speeds for extended periods of time is super taxing on your body. Also, the break pedal on an F1 car takes 300 ibs of of foot pressure to actually apply the full force of the break. They basically do one legged leg presses several times a lap while racing at high speed for 70 laps.

So true about multiple things at once, especially training to be the best at it. I would argue if you do multiple things, pace it, feel it, take it slow. I do about 3 different things but I'm not expecting to be the best at them all. Gotta mesh it all in towards what's most important, and take the wins when they come for the other "sub stuff".

Devon cant assume only based on a few months experience. Try to do full body movements for 20 years with a poor biomechanical balance and you will notice the health problems you got(specially on the joints).
