"Throughout heaven and earth I alone am the honored one" is by far my favorite quote in the Manga. And it's so devastating to see Geto loosing his faith in humanity/the good. This whole thing broke something inside him and with Gojo being "enlightened" the "We are the strongest" turns to "I am the strongest". Everything that follows after this episode is so sad, like watching a car driving towards a wall in slow-motion. Everyone can see the downfall but no-one does something to stop or looks away. While reading the Manga I always thought "Why is nobody doing something?" but I guess most of the time it's the small things adding up only to turn out to be the most horrible outcome.

That face when you remember that Toji said he has trouble remembering the names of guys. And that Megumi is considered to be a girl's name. Toji remembering him when he thinks about blessings. Peak. If you slam your blade through someone's skull and they don't die from that, they can just take the win. Toji was clean. He put the hands on two of the strongest sorcerers out there and completed his mission. But, Gojo evolved on the brink of death and ascended to being the honored one. Even then, he still kept fighting. Toji remembered his son and died on his feet, leaving everything to Gojo. Goated antagonist. That after credits scene. All those people clapping at seeing Riko's dead body. Crazy how Gojo was just like, "Should we just kill everyone here?" And Geto is opposed to that because there would be no meaning to all that death. Their perspectives are truly and utterly flipped right now. And that makes it all the more tragic where they end up. A world with both Geto and Gojo as enemies to mankind would be a scary sight.

Gojo covers his eyes due to how he perceives curse energy constantly. It's also why his shades are black to keep the strain down. His enlightenment correlates to Buddhism.

Actually the reason Gojo covers his eyes is only stated on the jjk fanbook. His Six eyes are so powerful they can make him overwhelmed/tired sometimes. So he covers them with special glasses and bandages.

The zenin clan are actually aware of the heavenly pact. The heavenly pact isn't only applicable to those without cursed energy, even sorcerers have heavenly pact of various kinds. The zenin clan just despise members without cursed energy. Toji was actually tortured as a child in the zenin clan, he was locked in room with curses and forced to fight them bare handed, that's how he sustained the scar on his mouth.....

The zenin clan is one of the big sorcerer clan... so having curse energy or curse technique is of atmost importance... which is why people like maki and toji are treated like servants and animals and not recognised by the clan.... it's like they bring shame to the clan and that's y both of them left their clans ....because they will never be happy there..... no one not even maki's parents love or care about them...

The last scene kinda changes everything. In JJK 0, parting ways scene, Geto said that if he had Gojo's powers, everything he wanted to do would be reasonable and reachable possibilities. Even if Geto was breaking down in that moment, he's still adviced Gojo correctly.

I really like your blind fold theory but the blindfold is more of a dampener. His eyes are always receiving information constantly on an atomic level, his brain can't keep up with all the information he's receiving from the six eyes, so he uses the blindfold to dull his senses....

Unless they cut some stuff or rush this season then we not seeing yuta until season 3

Yeah it's hilarious to say Gojo couldn't feel anything because he has brain damage😂😂😂 But i think it's just due to being "enlightened". As we saw in the few previous episodes... he didn't have a moral compass that made him save weak people, his morals seem to be "might makes right" which will be an important thing to remember in the future. 2:02 gojo covers eye because it tires him. Im not talking about curse energy it is about mental issue. his eye looks world like X-ray so if he keep uses eye it makes him tired anime makes you like he can turn on/off six eye by showing glowing but it's not that kind of thing

5 episodes should be Gojo past and the rest 18 episodes are 1 big arc I think it was scheduled for 23 episodes and from the looks of it if everything is paced right they should be able to finish the arc without rushing

Maki does have cursed energy but since she was born a twin most of the cursed energy went to her sister and she’s left with the bare minimum but she’s not on Toji’s level because the very small amount of cursed energy she has holds her back from being as strong as him physically

@@Vaultzzzzzzz read chapter 199 the Narrator blatantly states she has no cursed energy. Watch the movie when Yuta asks her how to imbue cursed energy better. she brushed the question off and states to him that she can't.
