such a good episode. after most of last season's anime such subpar animation. mappa is giving that good stuff ad making us all addicts. and the bit about referring to the zone while fighting. made me think of Kuroko no Basket. and I couldn't help but laugh. it's nice when manga readers do reactions because of the perspective they give. and it debunks the midset of " if I read it I won't enjoy it as much when I watch it." or " wy read it when I can just watch the anime" personally, I think it gives us as readers a deeper admiration for the story. te again I'm also the type to check out the novels for a series after I find out there is one. let me shut up and subscribe.

Omg Kuroko no basket has a special place in my heart 😭🥺 It’s nice to be reminded of that series hahaha. And true esp. for me, but maybe not for all I still kind such enjoyment in watching the anime versions bc there are just certain panels that I can’t grasp my mind around and the animation really brings it all in. It adds to the enjoyment. Hahaha I’m also quite the type to check out the manga version after watching (which is what happened w/ mha) and vice versa w/ manga’s.

Just anime watcher here. The animation for this anime is fire needless to say. However IMO we have invested so several episodes in in this arc, like a tournament arc maybe?, that it feels like this arc is solely for the purpose of action and skills, and it overshadows some narrative development. Idk, i hope the story catches on, but yeah animation deserves much credit. IMO my favorite story as of now was Itadori, Nanami, and Junpei's story. The animation were much more detailed and experimental and it was successful in making the mood of the fight, and this was accompanied by a heart wrenching narrative, and I would say important in the mc's development.

I think a major purpose of this arc and why it’s so detailed is to show off the diversity of the jujutsu sorcery world. I think also to showcase the students and their abilities and most especially showing off the success of Yuji’s training.

@@Raeiexe I know, Jujutsu is not the first to adapt this kind of method. Other anime/manga does this as well. As for Yuji I am still at surprised how he easily controls his power, tbh I didn't even feel the "training" he went through. Nevertheless, this arc was more of a swag for several characters, basically a show off arc for the characters. I find it fun but not something really new to the table. The animation kept me watching this particular arc so far.
