I have been completely enamored of the jukebox ever since..... Those beautiful tube amplified 50's machines with large speaker compliments sound so fine. Nothing, not even hi fi component separates can play a record back and play as sublimely as a good old, fine record playing jukebox. Thank you for your eloquent presentation.

Hi! I believe juke comes from social clubs where folk came to dance. So juke may be synonymous for the word dance. (Not too sure on that). Jukejoint may equal dance hall; mayhaps?
