Thank you for traveling through Armenia! Hope you have a safe & fun time. By the way that sign just said don’t light candles on the walls/stone crosses (Khachkars)

Lovely video. it occurred to me that these nice places you stay must seem spacious compared to the RV. I bet you love to spread your wings a bit! Also, I appreciate the respect you show to other peoples and cultures. An example your children follow as matter of course. Wonderful job parenting. I've tried to do the same with my children and grandchildren.

Thank you! That is very kind. And haha yes! We get used to be so close but it is very nice to have the chance to spread out a bit too and explore 😊😊

Funny how I just bumped to your Beirut video as I’m planning to travel from Yerevan to Beirut, then upon watching the video, I wondered if you guys had videos from Armenia in the archives, and saw that Armenia is the latest country you visited 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Barev from an Armenian to your beauiful fam! ❤

Welcome to Armenia guys. Enjoy your trip. This monastery is not old in our country, the old one is Etchmiadzin Cathedral the mother church of the Armenian Apostolic Church, located in the city known as Etchmiadzin, Armenia. It is usually considered the first cathedral built in ancient Armenia and is often regarded as the oldest cathedral in the world. The original church was built in the early fourth century between 301 and 303 according to tradition-by Armenia's patron saint Gregory the Illuminator, following the adoption of Christianity as a state religion by King Tiridates III. It was built over a pagan temple, symbolizing the conversion from paganism to Christianity.

A beautiful video, I wished that you could've been able to enter the closed monastery, because it looked fantastic from the outside, nevertheless a top video as usual.

It sure did but we didn’t want to disrespect any rules. As we were not sure what it said.
