Thank you, this helped me! My problem was that my bobbin thread was no longer cutting. After removing the needle plate I noticed that the mounting plate (A) was positioned to the left, so I moved it toward the right (not all the way, but some) and also noticed that my needle was not centered going through the loop. After adjusting both the above accordingly, my auto cutter is working fine again!

i tried this and it didn't work. also was recommended i take the cutter out and bend it in the direction of the bobbin case. that worked for me last time but not this time. any help would be appreciated. every thing else seems to be functioning fine.

Can you help me find the service manual for Juki DDL-555 please?

Is there any way to sharpen the blade? My machine was a floor model (TL2000 same cutter) I cam buy the whole assembly for $65 but if I can sharpen it that would work better. Also if I could just buy the blade that would be better too. Do you happen to know any place that would just sell the blade?
