You keep doing it every year until they are gone and you keep doing it to keep them out. You join your local political groups and see if there is any help you can give there. If you can afford to donate to the party or a prefered candidate then do. Keep an eye on those in your district (local, state and federal governments do have official websites that they keep their information and official business listed on) that are in and contact them with concerns as often as it takes to be heard. Learn all you can about how the system works both in your area and on the federal level. If we ignore these things then this is what we get, and we deserve it.
