That's sweet! The bad always weeds itself right on out and God replaces with better. Mine told me that since my divorce isn't completely final, he couldn't keep living in sin and be with me anymore. He left me for his ex-wife, who right now is married to another man! He's still living in sin lol...he cheated on me then tried to spin it on me that I didn't have the money to finish my divorce at this time. That's OK, God didn't intend him for me and for the first time in my adult life (I'm 45), I'm single and have never felt more free. It's just God and I and I'm loving the life he gave me. True Freedom and unconditional love. He waited 45 years for this sinner to finally see the truth, trust in him, submit to him, so I know the job he has for me is BIG and I'm finally ready to embrace it. I wish I could be like you, be able to say I was married 30, 40 years, but that wasn't the path he chose for me and I'm good with that. Can't wait to see what God has for me next! Good or bad, it's all a blessing because he allowed me to wake up today. Thanking God for his forgiveness, the life he gave me, and blessings today. I couldn't say that a week ago. Just make sure that above all he listens to you and doesn't just blow you off or make you feel like it's your fault because you aren't feeling it. So I have to preface my story with two things, one it was a silly middle school relationship that wasn’t really a big thing looking back and two, he is one of my absolute best friends now. Wouldn’t trade him for the world. So, my ex and I dated for eight months in eighth grade. He broke my heart by breaking up on our eight month anniversary (ridiculous, I know, but at 14, DEVASTATING) but we remained friends throughout high school. After graduation we drifted apart but fast forward 12 years and we reconnect. This included him telling me about a guy he kissed the summer before eighth grade. My ex, showed up to my old job and kidnapped me to take me from Texas to Oklahoma. He broke my phone. He unbuckled my seatbelt to fling me out the car on the way there, twice. I have MANY stories that line up perfectly with this song, but heres one that shows JUST HOW STUPID my ex actually was. My ex showed up to my job 5 mins. Before close (I was a manager). He held a grudge and trust issues against me for at least more than a year and maybe even still despite us no contact for being toxic. Which honestly i will admit it yes I was acting toxic.. though I also didn’t know my bsf was being manipulated/ influenced in a bad way by him and others. So it was a miscommunication between me and her. We are good now! Faith and Fate has mysterious ways of naturally bringing specific people or person back into your life. Maybe you will find your meant to be bestfriend one day Good luck 🍀

My ex lived with me, barely paid rent, half-assed his half of the house chores, treated me like I was crazy for having emotions, harassed me and low-key stalked me. He demeaned me and acted like he did nothing wrong. He didn't listen to me at all and loved to gaslight the fuck out of me. He barely respected my identity and was misogynistic, homophobic and transphobic to boot. He didn't respect my boundaries and acts like a child when you call him out on his bullshit.
