Thank you for sharing this!! It does normalize the fluctuations in women’s bodies. It definitely helps reaffirm to me that the way my body changes is not only unique to me but even people I view as having an amazing physique also go through the same thing!

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate you sharing your vulnerability. I too compare my body to others and Iv always wanted to look a certain way which led to me developing anorexia. I still struggle with this however I’m currently trying to love myself and my body for what it is and I couldn’t have seen this video at a better time! (I’m in recovery) So I wanted to say thank you for sharing this because it’s most certainly helped me to realise our bodies aren’t the same every day and they change depending on circumstances such as PMS etc. SO THANK YOU! Keep being amazing and creating amazing content for your fellow vegan supporters! 🌱 you are definitely giving me many meal ideas to try it 😅😅xx

I think as a vegan it's very difficult to construct a meal without it getting too repetitive or "boring", so we'll throw whatever we have in our fridges and pantries, with some Sauces and spices and then have a "meal" no matter how unappetizing it may look.. Which always gets weird looks from non vegans.. I Don't Know but we just eat whatever okay😂

Sweetheart💕, I notice you’re doing allot of body checking in this video, and although you think it’s you embracing your body, it’s actually not good for our mental health to be checking out bodies so much , in mirrors or video format. This is coming from a person who struggles with body dysmorphia, and an eating disorder (orthorexia aka obsessive thoughts around healthy food and over exercise) 👀
@Kleigh848411 ай бұрын
I think the intention behind this is to show people that your body changes throughout the day and also throughout the month, particularly in response to menstruation and hormones. As someone who struggles with negative thoughts and feelings in response to normal bodily changes, this was super helpful to remind me that it is completely normal, I am not alone (this is not something unique to me, I am not flawed) and that I do not have to compensate with food. Julia has shown that your body knows exactly what it is doing and you don't need to change anything to control it. So whilst she shows her body, it is done by someone who has worked hard to have a healthy relationship with food and herself and in a way that is designed to help others.

@@Kleigh8484 I will leave that up to the interpreter 💕This was simply my opinion, thank you for sharing yours.
