i literally fell in love with your personality in this. i’ve always loved u but this video showed all the imperfections of life and how you handled it. you’re so funny and i love that u let yourself experience a shisha and felt comfortable telling all of us. and seeing u eat multiple disappointing meals in a row and keeping a good attitude even tho food is so important to u is inspiring

I really appreciate your take on perfectionism and food. I think esp. in the vegan community there can be a lot of pressure of always eating the most balanced meals possible and you just take life as it comes and make the best out of it. Very refreshing and honestly more healthy approach. Surprised you didn't find maple syrup on your trips, I don't know about southern Europe but it's definitely a staple in UK, Germany and the Nordics. Every super market has it and most people have it in their homes. It's not cheap, but also not crazy expensive.

so true, like as a vegan there is always this unknown thought in the room that im suppose to eat a certain way that is why I love sharing my simple and easy vegan meals with others, which are cheap but still amazing in flavour to show that as a student u can be vegan and it doesn't have to be complicated, whole reason I love creating content on my KZbin channel

first of all don't lose hope, there is always hope ❤ second be kind to yourself and something I always say on my KZbin channel is take BABY STEPS, because a little progress is better than no progress at all, so take it day by day, try to challenge a bit every now and then and keep doing it you need a strong WHY which I can see u have, grab on to that and if u binge, then instead of restricting try to eat nourish meals the following days, restricting just causes the cycle to start over and if u every need small reminders I have some videos on my KZbin channel that I think can give u some food for thought

Hey love! Yes I loved Portugal, I was honestly just feeling a little burnt out while I was there so I was trying to keep the filming to a minimum to reset! I stayed in the countryside 30-40 minutes outside of Lisbon for 5 days then I stayed right in Lisbon for 5 days🌞☺️
