How to Make a 3-D Cookie Cake Pedestal

If you hadn't already noticed, I'm all about more is more! If you've made a special dessert or decorated cookie, why not take it to the next level (literally!) by presenting it on an edible cake pedestal? In this video, I show how to craft this simple but striking novelty using little more than cookies and royal icing!

Hi Julia. I've been watching a lot of your videos recently and I find your work amazing. I was wondering if you've ever worked with the thin fondant sheets from Wilton? I don't know if they would be too thick to use in place of the edible paper or not.

Omg amazing job . Question can you do the decoration in fondant instead of icing or it will not look good? I am just doing my first cookies . For Easter My mother in law gave me about 1000 cookie cutters . All her collection .
