In Julian's defense, Charlie Wilson had a crazy run in the 2000's and 2010's that was very uncharacteristic of a lot of artist from his time. He showed up on a lot of big projects from major artist today from Pharrell and Kanye to even Tyler The Creator So I can kinda understand why he might know Charlie Wilson and not Luther.
