I'm with Martin on this, in this movie Peter really didn't care about U.Ben. Capt.Stacy is important in the Spiderman mythos but pete seeing ghosts of him is a bit too much.

Jamie Foxx was a horrible Electro! No real motivation, no real explanation of how he came into being. Just an angry guy throwing electricity everywhere. The Doomsday weapon Electro in Spider-Man the Cartoon was MUCH better! Even the action was boring in this, and everything that wasn't action was clunky or corny. With the exception of Sally Field, and Emma Stone, the acting by everyone else was mediocre, to awful, especially the guy who played Harry. This whole reboot was completely unnecessary and nowhere as good as the originals.

Claims to hate Spider-Man 3, gave it a matinee. Claims this movie is "so much better", and just gave it a rental. I really don't understand Korey sometimes. But anyway, this movie was horrible and I'll watch Spider-Man 3 100 times before I ever watch one of these 'Not Amazing In The Least Spiderman' movies again.

Amazing Spider-Man 2 is officially 10 years old!!! Made $709 million worldwide even if the reception was mixed It stinks Andrew Garfield admitted SONY intentionally removed key portions of scenes and development also due to the SONY hack Even a deleted scene in the graveyard with Peters father all of a sudden appearing was mind blowing...it's a shame because we get some really good acting from Garfield himself but the scene wouldve felt unearned if it was left in Here it feels like they went back to the colorful fun tone of the Raimi trilogy, that 2012 movie was too much like Batman and almost made me officially give up wanting to see this character on the screen again I thank god they got back on track this time around; the suit feels more like it was right out of the pages of the comic, the POV swinging shots are incredible, my dad loved being a part of the action which is amazing to look at, the chemistry between Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone is the highlight of the movie The romance is so cute and the movie centers around it so much I actually did get teary eyed seeing the death of Gwen despite not seeing the previous movie, it still makes it that so impactful Also keep in mind there's a lot of themes, motifs, and foreshadowing of time being precious and how little of it we have not to mention the sins of the fathers follow to our children The fight on the plane for example with Richard Parker mirrors the fight in the clock tower between Peter and Harry Electro looks terrific trust me that yellow and green suit would've been laughable if they did that version yet his character seems very secondary I like Dane Dehaan as Harry, you buy his friendship with Peter when you first see them together, pretty much everyone calls him a young Leonardo DiCaprio Even Sally Field gives it her all during one part in the middle that chokes me up The soundtrack by Hans Zimmer, Junkie XL, and Pharrell Williams with the Magnificent Six is really sweet combining electronic guitar with traditional score and dubstep I'm still shocked they managed to cram so much material in 2 and a half hours although I do wish they made the other installments but I am happy they managed to wrap up the parents' storyline I'm still anxious to see the Sinister Six on screen if they ever get around to it And they went all out with the merchandise on this one, too, it was truly the most advertised movie of 2014 Director Marc Webb knows how to do the human drama and balance the characters’ relationships, the acting, and the performances I admit the bad about this movie to me; it should've been longer to flesh everything else out, Rhino should've been in the movie more as well as Black Cat plus there was so much footage cut from those trailers that I would've loved to see It stinks too they had Shailene Woodley to shoot scenes as Mary Jane but they ended up omitting all of them I was never a fan of Spider-Man's jokes or one-liners either It works though for Harry slowly becoming a villain throughout the course of this movie because he's desperate to ask for Spider-Man's help and he takes extreme measures when he was denied therefore feeling betrayed Yes a lot of people complain they made another Spider-Man 3 with this one but keep in mind that movie still gets a pass and it made a ton of money breaking box office records I still love the trilogy and this one too because they feel colorful, fun, action-packed, filled with enough drama, and have a collection of really good actors Is this the worst Spider-Man movie? HELL NO! I have yet to see one that actually fails spectacularly I'm still skipping that 2012 movie like the plague because this one actually is what that movie should've been in the first place despite all the issues It’s a shame because the studios and the writers were more concerned with franchise building, which is fine but you have to comitt to a self-contained story that can be expanded into a larger universe for later or else it becomes an unbalanced mess The best news though is that thankfully ‘No Way Home’ managed to rectify a few problems this movie couldn’t do on its own giving some course corrections

I really did enjoy this movie and Peter Parker played by Andrew Garfield he did a great job as Spider-Man in this movie and he was awesome in this movie and I like his spidey outfit in this movie way better than the first spidey outfit too and he was amazing in this move too and Gwen Stacy played by Emma Stone she did a great job too as well and she was so good but unfortunately her character dies at the end of the movie tho and I felt bad for her character too but she still did a great job in this movie tho and she is awesome for this role and she is so beautiful and gorgeous too and I’m always a fan of her and Harry Osborn played by Dane DeHaan he did a great job as a side character villain role for this movie and he was awesome as Green Goblin in this film role too and I like his evil sinister laugh too and he was badass as that character role too and Max Dillion played by Jamie Foxx he did a great job as the main villain role for this movie and he was awesome as Electro in this movie too and he was so good for this role and I like his remix score Into in this movie too badass score bro and he was badass as that character too and Mary Jane Watson played by Shailene Woodley she did a great job too but she is only in the deleted scenes tho and she wasn’t not in the full movie sadly and I was so disappointed in that too but it was nice to see her in this role but only in the deleted scene tho and she is so incredible sexy as hell bro and she is so gorgeous too and I’m a huge fan of her now love her to death man and Felicia Hardy played by my other girl Felicity Jones she did a great job too and she was awesome for this role and she is so good as that character too and she is so incredibly sexy as hell bro and she is so goddamn gorgeous too and I’m a huge fan of her now love her to death man and Mary Parker played by Embeth Davidtz she did a really good job too but she was barley in this movie tho but it was nice to see when she was on screen tho and finally Richard Parker played by Campbell Scott he did a great job too but again he was barley in this movie tho but he still did a great job when he was on screen tho and it was nice to see his character back for one last time too and can’t believe it’s been 10 years now since this movie came out now and that’s insane it’s been that many decades ago now and it marks the 10th Anniversary when this movie was released in theaters back then and I remember seeing it with my cousin and we had such a blast watching it back then and I sure do missed those good times back then too and time sure does flies in the movie world that’s for damn sure bro and overall I’m gonna give The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014) a 8.5/10 stars I really did enjoyed this movie but could of been little bit better if it was longer though and didn’t not care for the ending at all and it should of been a better ending too but that’s just me though in my opinions and thoughts on this movie Kyle Spencer bruh

Spidey making the jokes and the romance were there only things this movie knocked out of the park. Rhino, Goblin and Electro were all fucking atrocious. I was really disappointed with Double Toasted in this review, because I expected them to tear this a new one. This along with there Mortal Kombat Annihilation, Dragon Ball Evolution, Green Lantern 2011 briefly turned me against them, but hey opinions are just opinions, and movies, are just movies, not everyone gonna like the same thing. However with that being said this was an FU! This was everything terrible about movies, atrocious acting, writing, doesn't follow the source material, and worst only exist, to sail merchandise and set up sequels, and spin offs that when they can't even get there first two movies right first.
