An attempt at “Etude” by the incredible Julian Lage off his new album ‘Squint’. A couple of audio problems towards the end. Apologies. Using a 1956 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop courtesy of Chicago Music Exchange.

When I'm feeling lazy I watch these videos to feel inspired to grab my guitar. Music is so healthy in times like these. Awesome job

You are so connected to the notes you play. You are a real “music-artist” in every sense. Very moved and impressed at the articulation

This tune reminds me of when Songza was still a thing. They had this playlist called "Solo Jazz Guitar". To this day, some of my favorite songs come from that playlist even though it doesn't really exist anymore... I still remember my favorites and their titles. You're an amazing player, and very diverse as well! Keep going! If you're not familiar with the guy, you should totally listen to some Tuck Andress! "Reckless Precision" is an amazing album. Also, Stanley Jordan in general is out of this world. Insanely talented. Love "Lady in My Life". Excellent song, excellent musician. Also, massive props on getting Rick Beato to comment on your video! Very nice! :)

I would have been impressed if you did this half as well, hell I'm impressed that you're even trying to play this. I am beyond impressed that you did it so damn well though.

I agree with all your viewers comment about being an amazing, inspirational and accomplished guitarist Nathaniel 👍! Fingerstyle guitar can be very challenging to some! Suggestion .. maybe you can create your own better Fingerstyle guitar version of an old Jazz Standard.. ** Misty ** by JOE ROBINSON on KZbin! Like what Sir Ric Beato said .. SMOKIN' 🔥! Keep on Rockin' 🎸!
