I love pineapple in or with any food. I like it just grilled on the side also. I remember those days when I would spill something I was going to use. You just clean it up and do something else that works. Since I have gotten older, my hands seem to drop things more easily. You already have stuff fugured out on how to cope. I usually spend all day in the kitchen on Christmas day preparing for a big dinner. What we did instead was have a big breakfast so we could spend the rest of the day enjoying family. I love sheet pans meals because its an all in one type meal. Easy to put together and easy to clean up as well. Your pantry is amazing and I bet once you get the counter tops in your kitchen will be as amazing. Thank you for all that you do for us and I hope you have a Happy New Year.
