I make a mexi-casserole like that with RiceaRoni, canned Mexican tomatoes, corn, olives, hamburger, & cheese on top... bake & it's so good. The family always loves it! You can use regular tomatoes if the Mexican makes it too spicy... we do it both ways, depending upon who's coming to dinner~ LOL

I make that zucchini stuffing casserole at least once a week. It is so so good! 🎉 tip:add 1 cup of chicken broth at the end before putting casserole into oven in order to prevent drying out. Makes great leftovers too!!!🙌 thank you for all your recipes!

Vegetarian Mexican casserole. You said we could make it our own and boy did I ever. Thank you thank you for this idea. I made it tonight with some Aldi jambalaya and left over shredded pork... -One Box Aldi Jambalaya mix -One can beans -One can corn - 1/2 lb of leftover pulled pork -1.5 cups Great value cantina style salsa verde - 2 heaping tablespoons of sliced black olives - a handful of sliced mushrooms -handfull of melty white cheese -2 cups of water I cooked it covered for an hour and a huge cast iron skillet, then added more cheese and went uncovered for 20 more minutes. We ate it with hot sauce and corn tortillas. 🤩🤩🤩 Perfect for this freezing day especially after my husband worked hard in the mine all day 💜💜🙏💜💜

The vegetarian Mexican casserole is delicious! We topped ours with cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, green onions, and sour cream. I have one vegetarian in the house, so I make vegetarian meals frequently. On the days I cook a meal involving meat, she eats leftovers. To get every last bit out of those emptied sauce jars (if you aren't scraping them off screen that is) I always like to pour whatever liquid (like the chicken broth on that Alfredo Bake, or if it's just your cup of water) into the sauce jar, put the lid back on it, give it a goooooood shake, and pour out the rest of the contents. Especially helpful when I don't have a rubber spatula thing around.

I just discovered this channel two days ago and have already made the ramen stir fry with the ramen we had left over as an emergency during the pandemic and the kids ate it SO fast. I only have two kids and they usually don't eat a lot, but I did double it and it was gone by the end of dinner. Next time I will have to triple it so we have some leftovers for work the next day. That being said, one of my favorite things is that these videos have "bookmarks" so I can scroll right to the recipe that I am looking for in the video easily. Thank you for taking that extra step on your videos, Julia! We are going to have the chicken parmesan casserole tonight. I cooked some chicken to put in the ramen stir fry last night and then forgot it (cooked it earlier in the day and then went to sports - came back and made everything but forgot to add the chicken)....so I am just going to put it in the chicken parmesan tonight....so it worked out in the end. We are trying to scale back on grocery costs to try and set more money aside in our savings and these videos are helping me come up with cheap but yummy ideas and they are also easy which is great since we have sports every night!

I made the chicken, stuffing and zucchini casserole the other day, even though I'm not a huge stuffing fan (my husband is). I used cream of chicken soup. It was delicious! Even my teen daughter, who hates stuffing and is quite picky, declared it, "Not that bad" and ate the entire bowl I gave her. That is HIGH praise from her! Tha recipe will surely end up in rotation for us. I am looking forward to trying the chicken parm casserole tonigh.

Thanks for doing these Dump and Go casseroles!!! I discovered you just this past winter, after Christmas, and I totally love the idea of Dump and go!!!! I've tried several of these casseroles and I have the Dorito Chicken casserole in the oven right now!!! Can't wait! All of the recipes I try have tried have been great! The taste is marvelous! My son and my husband usually take the left-overs for lunch the next day. It's been a life saver! Thanks soooo much!!

Thanks, Julia! You've.once again made "Whats for Dinner?" easy for me this week! A couple things I've been curious about having watched your channel and cooked so many of your recipes for months now: Do you ever make me meals with fish?? I'm intimidated to cook fish, but you've inspired me to try to make more meals at home and I was just curious about this. Another thing I'd love to see from you in 2023 is some simple, healthy side dishes made with fruit! You've inspired me to get more veggies into my meals, but how do you incorporate fruit on a daily basis? Just a couple random things I've been thinking about while watching your channel lately! If anyone is on the fence about the Chicken Stuffing with Zucchini Casserole, MAKE IT!!! I would say it's the best recipe Julia has shared (and I've got quite a few favorites from her). I couldn't believe I made something that tasted this good. It's a winner. On second thought ... her Marry Me Chicken is the best dish ever ... this is a close second.

Julia, I love this channel and I learn so much! I found a great one dish meal to share with you. I have a picture of it. It is sliced roasted turkey breast, with a layer of left over mashed potatoes, then stuffing. roll up and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Heat up left over turkey gravy to complete. *I'm sure you could incorporate cheese in there somewhere. :) Thanks for making fun videos and sharing your life with the world.
