Hello Julia !!! When I make my pizza dough , I transfer the dough from the counter top with a floured dough roller (pin) by rolling the dough on the pin and unroll it over the sheet pan. Thank you so much for sharing these amazing recipes 🙂💕

I love your easy healthy recipes! I love how you eyeball a lot of measurements- they don’t need to be perfect! Laughed when your 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder were more than your tablespoon of Worcestershire but hey it works and it comes out just fine!! Cooking doesn’t have to be complicated.

Oen thing that might help on the pizza dough. After it kneads, take the dough and kind of form it into a ball and slather it with a little olive oil with just your hands. Then place back into the bowl to rise. This keeps the dough from sticking so bad to the bowl when its time to take it out. Great looking dishes and great video.

You can take your rolling pin and roll the dough onto it to transfer it to the sheet pan. Just unroll it as you go down the pan. Kind of like the hack with pie crust. 😊

You are so cute and full of life! You inspire me! As a very old person, however, many of us no longer want to take the time to chop vegetables and pre-fry ground beef and sausage. I prefer to lie back in my bed and have something piping hot brought to my bed tray! LOL LOL But since THAT'S not going to happen, do you have any ideas for a program where you can just dump in many frozen ingredients and cook them for a short spell? Maybe even stuff to microwave? Such a KZbin video may also be good for people who are convalescing, as was I with total knee replacement, and I was alone, all by myself to take care of food, etc., on a temporarily bum knee. Before my surgery date I made a ton of hamburger and tuna helpers which (as a note from my experience) tuna helper was terrible coming directly from the freezer to the microwave. It needed to thaw first. I will have to eventually have the other one done, so with your superb brain power, you might certainly come up with something easy and creative that folks like me can access! God bless.

Use left over BBQ meatballs, sliced, would be yummy BBQ pizza...with your roasted veggies & meatballs and cheese on pizza dough then bake! Same with cooked sliced chicken: Bacon Ranch Chicken pizza! Ranch full fat dressing as "pizza sauce", sliced precooked chicken, crumbed bacon, onions if you like them, cheese and bake on pizza crust on oven. Mmmm! You've inspired me, Julia!! 🍕
